Sleeping up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms. The house has four luxury en-suite bedrooms. The top floor features a family suite with two additional bedrooms and a family bathroom. All rooms make the most of the huge Elmley views. Bedrooms are individually decorated with carefully sourced furniture, along with hot water bottles and Roberts Radios.

The incredible kitchen and dining room has plenty of space for a family feast. Featuring the highest end bespoke kitchen and stunning views of the Reserve through huge glass doors. Cook up a storm or let a private chef spoil you.

Beautiful gardens wrap the house and guests have plenty of space to play, sit in the sun and eat alfresco. There is also a large fire pit for evenings outside. And of course you have access to the 3,300 acre wild of Elmley Nature Reserve.

Kingshill Farmhouse is about staying in style and complete comfort. Our aim is to make sure you feel utterly spoilt but completely at home. There's The Drawing Room for evenings to dress up for, The Library for relaxed afternoons and The Snug for late night whiskies around the fire.
