We would like an naturalist to join our team from this April to undertake our breeding wader survey along with a broader surveying role with full access across Elmley to record, identify and communicate about many of our wonderful inhabitants. The right person will have a 'can-do' attitude, be self-motivated, have well practised fieldcraft and an excellent knowledge of waders and other ground-nesting birds.

The paid role will come with accommodation and on-Reserve 4x4.
